5.2 You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in full.

5.3 Tickets will only be issued once payment has been successfully processed.

6.1 Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

• If an event is cancelled by the organiser.
• If the event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date.

6.2 Refund requests must be made in writing to alibabagcfr@gmail.com within 7 days of the event cancellation announcement.

6.3 Requests made after the above period will not be eligible for refund.

6.4 Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days after approval.

6.5 No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind.
• Failure to attend the event.
• Technical issues on third-party payment platforms.

7.1 We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:

• weather conditions
• public health advisories
• government restrictions
• vendor cancellations

7.2 If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

7.3 We are not liable for any additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) incurred by attendees due to changes in event schedule.

8.1 Bookings made through the Website for personal or corporate services are subject to:

• confirmation by our team
• submission of required details
• availability

8.2 Once confirmed, bookings may require advance deposits or full payment before services are rendered.

8.3 Cancellation policies for bookings will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
